Charge 2 Screen doesn't bright as previously

I haven't used my Charge 2 is about a week, and the battery died. I fully charged the battery,  but now the screen is too dim to see. I have tried restarting the unit a dozen times, but I can not get the screen to brighten

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 2 is not illuminating as it should. Thank you for performing a restart before contacting us. Dust and debris can accumulate over time and prevent a properly charge. I would recommend cleaning the charging port pins using the instructions in this article.


In addition, please try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger to charge your Tracker.
