Charge 2 battery life not lasting

Hi there my charge 2 charges and then goes dead after a few minutes any ideas does it need a new battery and how can I go about purchasing one and fitting it in ?

any ideas

Let me share with you that it's not possible to change the battery of your Charge 2, however, to better assist you and further investigate, can you please clarify if your device turns off after you remove it from the charging cable or the battery is just lasting a few minutes? 

 

This could be related to the power source you're using to charge the device, therefore, 

I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.

Hi Ricardo

Thanks for getting in touch I have errors everything the Fitbit charges then within minutes it loses battery and switches off. Any ideas would be much appreciated ?
