Charge 2 black screen

Hello, 

The screen of my charge 2 remains black. The fitbit still works in the app and vibrates, but the screen remains black. 

I have tried to restart multiple times but it doesn't light up. 

I also tried changing the clock, but it doesn't do anything. 

What else can I do to get my screen working? Is it too dim or something? 

It sucks 'cause the fitbit still works!

Hello @Sharivdb and welcome to the Community.  I’m sorry, but I don’t think there is any fix for your issue.  Fitbit’s black and white screens can fail over time.  Other Charge 2 users are describing this same issue.
