Charge 2 breaking down

I've posted this before. My heart rate monitor keeps dying but the fitbit itself is fully charged. 

I have reinstalled the app, cleaned the sensor, switched wrists, reset the fitbit.....

It'll work for a little bit then it craps out again.

It seems to me that my fitbit is simply just dying on me. I don't want to have to buy a new device every time this happens. Maybe my post should be "What brand should I switch to?"

Mine just a few hours ago buzzed and then went dead. Did the restart. Green lights on the inside aren't flashing and the display is moving and shaking. I have had Fitbits since 2015 and I can't tell you how many have died on me and always after the warranty period. I am ready to give up too. All they do is give you a discount to buy another one and these aren't cheap. Very discouraging.

No, green lights keep going. I wake up to check my sleep info and find out the hrm stopped randomly the day before
