Be careful when making a claim for a replacement for a broken band. The band I requested wasn’t available so I was given different options. The one I requested was going to take few weeks and I was given 3 options. When it came to replying to the email using the options I was given which weren’t clear I chose the wrong one. I didn’t realise until I received a confirmation email to which I replied back to instantly to say I had made a mistake. Basically I was told too late and we can’t help you bearing in mind my ordered hadn’t been shipped it could’ve quite easily been cancelled. So now I have a band in a colour that I hate!
