Charge 2 display not working

Fitbit syncs with iPhone 7 but whenever I press the button the screen comes on but I touch it and it goes black.Ive tried restarting it,using a slight amount of more force and even used other people’s suggestions and nothing is work help please

First, thank you for troubleshooting your Charge 2 prior posting, seems odd that the display of your device goes off whenever you use its touchscreen. Since you already tried our restart process, I'd like to let you know that our Support team was notified on your behalf to receive further assistance directly with them. Please keep an eye to your email inbox for their contact, they'll be in touch with you soon.
