Charge 2 does not turn on

My charge 2 says its charged but it wont turn on at all and it charged all night most of today and still nothing.

Curious how it can say it is charged if it won't turn on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Please restart your Charge  2 in order to turn it on.

Note the "restart" in response by @AndreaFitbit  is underlined and in blue.  That indicates it is a link.  Click on that and it will take you to instructions on restarting.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I tried to reset it... but nothing worked and tried the 2nd set factory reset  it did not work either.

@AndreaFitbit  I just looked at that "restart" help section, and it completely leaves out the Charge 2.  It has Charge, Charge HR, Charge 3,4, and 5, but not Charge 2.

@JohnnyRow, instructions to restart Charge 2 come along with Charge 3 and Charge 4 instructions. I usually copy the instructions instead of sending the link. Thank you for your feedback.

@AndreaFitbit  Thanks. I see that now.  The instruction do single out the Charge 2 even though not in the header.

I have the same problem with my charge 2 tracker, but a restart doesn't work. The logo appears and the tracker vibrate, but then nothing happens. It started with the tracker needing recharging more often than usual and one day ran out of power. But it is fully charged and still doesn't work. What can I do next?
