Charge 2 exercise not registering

I have a charge 2 and have done 3 days exercise this week which shows on the day but is only registering as 2 days exercise. I've followed steps previously advised... forcing stop, rebooting phone, Bluetooth back on and logging back in to no avail. 

 

Can anyone advise please?
