Recently i got a notification on my phone re my Ch 2 saying something like 'GPS location is active', since then i can't view anything on my Ch 2 screen but it's still calculating my steps, any ideas?

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 2.

Remember that this tracker uses connected GPS feature that works with the GPS sensors on your nearby phone to give you real-time pace and distance information, as well as recording a map of your route. Turning on connected GPS enables more precise tracking of your exercise stats.

If you screen is black, please try to perform a restart following the tips listed here.
