Charge 2 missing stopwatch screen

My Charge 2 recently lost the stopwatch screen after a recent synch on a Windows 10 pc and also on a Pixel cell phone.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, re-syncing, re-pairing, and re-starting my Charge 2; nothing changed.   I could not find any way to add the stopwatch screen back on any menu.  Please help!  Thanks.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I understand how you are feeling and appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Since you've tried to restart the tracker, I recommend changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Thank you for the reply.  I was able to change the "clockface" as you suggested, but that has nothing to do with the "stopwatch" screen that is still missing.  The "stopwatch screen" is still missing on the Charge 2 and it does not show in the menu or as a "tile" to add on the Fitbit app.  My guess is that a recent  update to the Fitbit App somehow removed or left off the "stopwatch" for a Charge 2.

Liliya,

Whoops!  I just went to settings/menu and "turned on" the stopwatch menu item which added the "stopwatch" screen which I hope will add the screen to my Charge 2.  I guess it was there all the time, but I did not find it.   Thanks again!
