Charge 2 not charging

My charge 2  keeps needing to be hard reset every few hours help plz

What symptom(s) specifically make you think you need to do a "hard reset"? 

What precisely do you mean by "hard reset"?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I get nothing on the screen when i  try and recharge and it wont charge untill i hard reset it comes up when it is working with the fitbit logo and version but there is no update that i can see on the app i think i am look in all the right places

Hard reset i  pluged the fitbit in to the chager and hold down the button for about 10seconds

Sorry, still not quite understanding.  It sounds like you have to charge it so plug into charger, get no display so do a "restart" (Fitbit's term for what you are calling "hard reset"), then it charges okay.  But then, are you saying the charge runs out in a few hours so you have to charge again?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
