Charge 2 bought last year recently decharged fully when on holiday. It won’t charge again despite cleaning contacts etc..

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is not charging.
Once you have cleaned and reset it, please connect your watch to a computer or a UL certified adapter and check if it responds.

Best Answer@DavidoS Fitbit sold the Charge 2 from 2016-2018. Your battery is 8-10 years old. Rechargeable batteries, like the ones in a Fitbit, will degrade over time, even if they are never used. I don’t think there is anything you can do to fix this issue.
