Charge2, about 18 mos. old worked flawlessly until about 2 weeks ago. Noticed that text messages did not come through. Then phone call notifications stopped. Came to this board as it's been helpful in the past. Have deleted and downloaded App. Played with Bluetooth. Checked to see if notifications were on or off. At one point phone calls came through today. Then I got greedy. Performed a force close through app and even reset the Fitbit unit as instructed. Zero, nada, nothing. Any ideas?
IPhone 7S with good signal. Ready to drop Fitbit and move into something else or perhaps nothing at all.

Welcome to the Community @Jnolancooper58! Sorry to hear about the issues that you've been experiencing with your Charge 2.
I appreciate that you've reviewed the forums before and that you were able to fix it before. Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've performed.
I know you've probably done some these steps before, but I would like you to follow this procedure as it's mentioned on the article, then check if you receive notifications.
