Charge 2 not recording steps

Yesterday my charge 2 stopped recording my steps/ exercise. Any ideas

@dottiesmum   The only available troubleshooting is to restart your Charge 2.  You place it in the charger, attach it to a power source, then press and hold the button for about four seconds until it restarts.  This may or may not fix the issue.  Please keep in mind that the Charge 2 is an older model and was discontinued in 2018.  It hasn't received any type of firmware update for several years.
