Charge 2 not responding

I update firmware of my Charge 2, now its dead. There warranty end 2 moths before the update, i comunicate whit the support but the only says. Unfortunately, we have confirmed that the Charge 2 tracker you are using has already passed the 1-year warranty provided by Fitbit.
