Hi there,
My charge 2 has stopped syncing with the app. It doesn't seem to pick up even though connected to Bluetooth. Please help!
I've had problems with this for about a month, my phone does not recognise the Fitbit. My partner managed to reset the Fitbit but I lost a few weeks worth of data, and now it is telling me.no device is found, despite still getting reminders for bedtime from both my phone and the Fitbit? I was also never able to sync My fitness Pal with the Fitbit app
