My charge 2 don't make connection with my phone or laptop. Charge 2s screen can't work and I am hopeless, what should do? My laptop find charge 2, but cause charge 2 doesn't work, I can't use that. Sorry for my bad english, I hope that ypu guys understand what I ment. Someone pls help!

Is the device you are trying to sync to a supported device?

Hey @Nenni, it is cool to see new faces around! So basically you are saying that the screen of your Charge 2 won't turn on, right? That is why is not located by your phone or laptop. Let me ask you this, is it charging when you plug it in? Have you tried to restart it? If you haven't, please follow these instructions. Then, if your Charge 2 screen responds, please tell me which phone model are you using, as @SunsetRunner previously asked.
