Charge 2 not syncing

I have had issues since Thursday where my Charge 2 isn't syncing to my app and I have tried it on more than one device. I am not sure if there was an update or something but there seems to have been a real surge in the same/similar problems.

 

I seem to have lost the steps/sleep/heart rate tiles I have tried restting the Charge 2 but has not made any difference. The steps seem to be recording on the device fine but I am just not able to sync the device. I have tried it on my Iphone and Ipad 

 

I have switched off Bluetooth, reinstalled the app and once it has all been restarted it has made no difference. I have restarted the Charge 2 as well

 

Any suggestions

I’ve had similar problems recently too. It has helped to sync if I close all tabs on the iPhone and then open Fitbit app. But I’ve also noticed inaccurate activity duration. Yesterday I spent 60 min on the treadmill and it recorded 22. Today I spent 35 min on and it recorded 23. I used to be more accurate so it’s not that  my heart rate wasn’t high enough. I have also tried resetting Fitbit.

I've had the same problem the last couple of weeks, my charge2 has stopped tracking daily exercise ie I have it set for 4dys and it's not syncing this, also sometimes doesn't recognise hours with 250 steps although charge2 itself says I have reached my hourly goals. I have been emailing help and support and had no answers.

I’ve had the same syncing problem recently. The only way I’m able to get my Charge 2 to sync is by logging off then on again. It’s very frustrating. 

I’ve emailed customer support, but no response yet.
