Help!!

My change 2 doesn't sync anymore. It hasn't worked in about 3 weeks. I have tried multiple times, everything possible thing you can think of. Does it just stop working and never sync again???

I bought a pretend charge 2 and it will not sync with my Moto g8 plus no matter what I try. Something to do with Bluetooth 5 on my phone not being comparable with Fitbit app?
