I have a Fitbit 2 that has been working great for over 2 years. I have always worn it on my ankle instead of my wrist because I often am carrying things or hold onto something when walking, so my arms aren’t moving. Three days ago it started to not count most of my steps. I’ll be on the healthwalker for 20+ minutes and it tracks 50 steps. I’ve tried turning off, making sure it’s updated, reset as a new device, nothing works. Any other suggestions?
