The screen doesn't light up anymore. When I push the button on the side, around 4 to 5 white stripes appear in the screen for half a second . I already reset the fitbit, but it didn't help.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

The heart rate sensors are flashing and when I push the button on the side white stripes appear in the screen. But thats all. The battery is charging, but the device is empty within 10 hours. When I wear it, it follows my steps in my app on my mobile phone, but on the device I can't see how many steps I have taken.
