For the past 2 weeks, my texts & calls have not been coming thru on my watch. There is a message under notifications that says phone needs to restart to activate. I have restarted & shut down every night & it hasn't helped. Notifications are "on" on both phone app & watch. Please help.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I have an LG STYLO 4 & Charge 2. The calls are now coming thru but still no text notifications on watch. My phone app has been syncing with my watch only periodically the last couple of weeks but finally tonight it synced. I thought that would solve the text notices too, but no luck. Thanks.
