Hi, my charge 2 is not working !
The screen is black but the green light flash
No vibration when I connect to the cable !
I DID everythhinnngg
Ive try to reset but no answer, no vibration
Ive try to clic 10 seconds, 30 seconds, forever and no light no nothing...
the screen stop when Ive tried to do the update! Now nothing works..
Dont tell me to reset it I DID!
Forgot to say, its not sync anymore so I cant change the clock

Thanks for the details in your post and for the troubleshooting performed. Since your Charge 2's display is still unresponsive and not syncing with your phone, I recommend you to contact our Support team requesting a chat or calling them. Please explain them what you've tried so far as they'll be glad to continue assisting.
