Charge 2 screen became blank

so my charge 2 was purchased for me dec 2018.

 

Apart from having to buy several sets of straps as they break all has been well until this weekend.

 

The fit bit is working and updating my app but the screen is completely black. 

I have read a number of solutions followed all of them but nothing seems to work.

 

This is very frustrating as just purchased another 3 sets of straps and now it seems this device is broken.

 

i have tried restarting, have tried connecting to charger and restarting yet nothing. 

 

I use this to track my activity and it links to my vitality account.

 

cant believe its gone pop aftwrbjustb3 years of usage.

I was Posting this to try and get an explanation from Fitbit and possible solutions to rectify as really dont want to be buying a new tracker.

 

I have read various forums and seems its a relatively common fault with FITbit Products

 

I would welcome FitBits comment about this problem

Charlie 007, Davidskiwalker Seems this is extremely common with fitbits and by the looks of things FITBIT as a company dont actually careless about problems with their devices

 

I managed to get my screen back working for about 24hours by several attempts of connecting to charger, pressing the rest button on side then whilst still in the charger disconnecting from USB Supply.

 

The screen then went blank again.

 

The screen this morning has come back on but everything is back to front so like your looking at the screen in a mirror.

 

Its clearly a fault that Fitbit are aware of but are unwilling to do anything about
