Hi I'm wondering if you could please help me. My fitbit charge 2 screen has stopped working however I haven't banged it or got it wet as I'm always very careful with it, it just stopped working as I went to check my steps. The watch still tracks my steps etc and green lights are working. I've tried everything to get it to work, restarting it, plugging in the charger cable and trying to restart that way but still no luck. It charges fine and I can see details on the app but nothing on the screen. I've had a look on the community message board as well for answers but still no answers unfortunately.
Is there any way it can be repaired or replaced as I've had it around 2 years now?
