My charge 2 step counter keeps sticking and not recording steps.  Then it starts again and then stops.  Never had this problem with it before.  Have tried rebooting device and app several times / logging out of app then turning phone off then rebooting phone and it is still happening.

I’ve had this issue before, I’ve noticed when I don’t swing my hand properly when being active is what usually causes it.
