Charge 2 stopped tracking sleep

Hello,

My Charge 2 all the sudden just stopped tracking my sleep. I read an article that said to plug the tracker in, hold the button for 10-12 seconds until firmware pops up. Did that, with no luck. I uninstalled the Fitbit app and reinstalled, nothing. With the new Fitbit app installed, then I unpaired the Charge 2 and resyncing, STILL no luck.

 

Any thoughts or suggestions?
