My fitbit just stopped working.. is it true that fitbit will not do anything for you regarding this topic? One day it worked normal and the next day it was junk? What happened?

Hi @Pennyt339 try a restart of the Fitbit, as it is the first thing to try when there is a problem. Fitbit helps us, but there is only so much they can do when we're past warranty and more than likely your Charge 2 has no warranty.

@Pennyt339 with holidays sales going on, you might be able to get another Fitbit. Until then, you could use Fitbit's MobileTrack to keep going with the steps. click to learn more
