Charge 2 strap won’t click

New strap doesn’t click on one side of charge 2, doesn’t fit on the buckle side, tried 3 different straps, old strap split, cannot use the fitbit

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 2. Sorry to know that you are having difficulties with straps.

I suggest you take a look at the retailers list to get a strap that fits your tracker.

Check out a stretchy strap on Amazon, I bought one when my Charge 4 connector broke on one side and the strap wouldn't stay on. I'm pretty happy with it.
