I haven't had my charge 2 for very long. It came with a large strap and a small strap. The large strap broke, the fitbit itself broke a few months later and I had it replaced, and now the small strap has just broken. All in about a year. I'm not hard on it but I think this is a poor quality product and now I'm left with a fitbit I cant wear because the strap is broken. Any suggestions? I dont think I should have to purchase a new strap, I feel that your products should be more durable. Thank you.
I can't address your durability concerns, but Amazon usually has a wide variety of third-party straps in various styles and colors at very reasonable prices. Some like to buy a set of different colors to switch with your activity or mood.
