Charge 2 syncs steps with ihealth using power sync, it then syncs back to ihealth w/all steps inflating total originally from ihealth, greatly inflating the total. What’s the best way to get Fitbit charge 2 to sync with iPhone ihealth without double counting steps and miles?

Hi, @Cedarpoppy you cannot directly link your Fitbit to Apple’s iHealth app. You need to find a third party app to do this. Some of them will duplicate the steps because they will take your steps counted by Fitbit and add them to the steps counted by your iPhone. You will need to edit your settings in the iHealth app to suppress the steps from the phone and use the Fitbit’s steps instead. In your iHealth app look for “Data sources and Access” and then find steps.
I hope this helps. Welcome to the Community Forums!

Hi Julie_G, Thanks for your reply. I have an Iphone13 and I'be searching and can't figure out how to do this. There is no data sources and access. There's also no motion and fitness that I've seen recommended elsewhere. Do you have any ideas?
