hello

my charge 2 is no longer counting steps etc  it is stuck on 41937steps.

I have tried the soft reboot as well as the hard reset but nothing works.

please help

Thank you for the details regarding your Charge 2 and the steps that you performed.

I'd suggest you to change the clock face on your device. This has been useful to other members.
