anyone have a problem getting there charge 2 to charge and stay charged. I have done all the things stated in the manual and nothing works, have had for several years not with no problems until now just stoped working

Hello @clkenealy and welcome to the Community. The Charge 2 was released in 2016 and discontinued in 2018. Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan and I believe your battery is at its end of life. I looked at your public profile and it says you joined Fitbit in 2021. Even if your Charge 2 was new and in a sealed package in 2021, it was still an old battery. Rechargeable batteries degrade over time, even sealed in an original package.
