Hi there, @mnenycz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Have you tried restarting your Charge 2? If not yet, please see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

So we can sort this out, I'd like you to please make sure that your Charge 2 is indeed charging or fully charged already. Note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

If you notice that your Charge 2 is not charging, follow the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Let's try making sure both, your Charge 5 and charge are clean and free of any debris.

@mnenycz   To be honest, if your Charge 2 doesn't boot up with a restart (place it in its charger attached to a power source, then press and hold the button for 4-10 seconds or so), then I wouldn't put too much more effort trying to bring it back to life.

All rechargeable batteries can degrade in storage, even if they are never used.  Your battery is over 9 years old, making it ancient in battery years.  It is a true Legacy device.
