3 days ago, my fitbit quit syncing to my phone(iphone 6 plus). I have tried settings and bluetooth (on phone) to connect. Fails every time. Phone cannot find the fitbit to connect. With fitbit connected to computer, it will charge, but I have not been able to get information to sync.

I called the help desk at 1-877-623-4997 and it is a software update glitch. The help desk kindly talked me through troubleshooting and we got the problem solved. No data was lost. Best wishes!
