I got this Charge 2 a couple years ago and it never synched to our phones (iPhone 6s or Galaxy S5) at the time. I got a new phone, so I figured I would test it out. It still will not sync or detect through the app on my Pixel 4. If it matters, I think the version of the Fitbit is a 22.20.17
