Charge 2 won't sync

So, now my Charge 2 won't sync. Apparently this an app update issue with the Fitbit app? This is either poor engineering or planned obsolescence. Whichever it is, it sucks. 😞

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com
