My Charge 2 quit tracking to my iPhone 11 a couple weeks ago. I have location services on, location always on and background charge on, and cellular data on.

Hi @jimmier are you saying that your data isn't syncing to the fitbit app?
When you go to fitbit.com what do you see?
How long ago does the app or website say that the last sync occured.
Have you checked the Sync tips?

You say that when on a bike, GPS is not working.
Have you checked your bike settings to see if GPS is turned on for Bike?
Before you start riding, does the Charge 2 say that it has a lock on your location?

I'll assume the sign is on the Charge 2, which sounds right.
