I have had trouble with the charge 2 sync since I got it. I set it up it recognizes it and I put in the number. Then the app says it can't find it try again. I check all the bluetooth settings and do all the normal troubleshooting stuff and it will not fix it.

im having the same problem with my charge 2,but only since i updated the app,now i cannot get it to sync at all as it cannot find my device....very frustrating
