i have bought a charge 2 from someone and how do you reset it?? It wont let me turn it off please help.

There isn't a factory reset option for the Charge 2 but that should not be a problem. If you create a fitbit account and add it as a new device it will delete any data still on the tracker. See: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2216/
