Hi
We have a fitbit charge 3 (for about 2 years) and has recently decided to stop working.
We've followed ALL the restart tips, smiley face reset etc. We can't change the clock face as we can't sync it to the phone.
We're now stuck and can't contact Live Chat team - has anyone had the same problem and can recommend a solution please?
Getting a new one isn't really an option as we paid £130 for this.
