Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Edyta83! Sorry to hear about the syncing difficulties you've been experiencing with your Charge 3. Thanks for already restarting your device. I'll be more than glad to help!

Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement, so I'd recommend taking a look at: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. And please make sure that the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices. To check the list, click here

If the issue persists after taking those steps into consideration, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Charge 3 and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device" or "Unpair".

Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app, go to the "Account" option in the upper right corner and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device.

Hi there I'm having issues with my fitbit charge 3. It's no longer showing up on the Bluetooth on my phone. I've tried resetting and 're-pairing but nothing is working. I've only had it about 9 months.

Hi there @Rhi86, thanks for stopping by. Thanks for the steps you've tried so far in order to solve the connectivity issue with your Charge 3

While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

Besides the steps you've tried so far, I'd suggest to try the following:

1. Remove (make sure it's not linked or paired) the Charge 3 from the phone's Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
4. Setup your Charge 3 as a replacement.

Thanks for this. I have tried all of that and I have the right
operating system and phone and it's still not managing to recognise my
fitbit. What else should I try?

This didn't help because impairing is not an option

Did you ever get it to work?

I’m having the same issue. I’ve had the Charge 3 for 11 months. Just got a new iPhone X and cannot get them to connect.
