Charge 3 GPS Map stopped showing on Run Exercise

I've had intermittent problems with my Charge 3, the Exercise App, and the GPS Map. I also launch the Run app on my Charge 3 when I go for a run. Most of the time, I get a GPS map when I finish the run and stop the Run app on my device. But, for the past 2 weeks, I have not gotten the GPS map. 

 

I have restarted both the phone (iPhone SE) and restarted the Fitbit Charge 3. But the map is not showing up. I have disconnected the Bluetooth and then reconnected and paired again.

 

I do know that the GPS on the phone is working correctly. Zombies, Run! shows my run map.

 

Based on something I read on another thread, I checked the settings on the Run App and I see that  Use Phone GPS is on.  Run Detect is on. I don't recall changing the settings.

 

Could it be that the Auto Detect is conflicting with Use Phone GPS? I thought I saw something that, Auto Detect disables the GPS. 

 

Any help would be appreciated. I think the GPS will give a better estimate as to my pace - the pace I'm seeing with just the text display are not consistent with my previous runs when the GPS maps was working.

Same here. Last week. All good. Maps all the time.

 

This week..... Nothing!!! No apparent changes or updates either on my fitbit or my iphone!

 

Any advice out there for us???

Same issue!

I've never had a problem with GPS then started having problems last week. My walk would fully stop, even though I hadn't, not even halfway around the corner from my house!

I thought I had fixed it with Bluetooth settings, although I hadn't changed anything personally, they had somehow become disconnected.

Things have been working fine and then tonight, it did it again! I noticed later on our route and restarted it but I shouldn't have to do this!

Bluetooth and GPS are fully connected! Sorry but ahhh!!!

Same problem here too. GPS and the map where all working for my race 3 weeks ago and todays race I was connected when I started when I finished and looked at the app jad no map, really would like it to work agaon.now

I don't recall any updates, any suggestions would be appreciated.
