I have tried resetting my Charge 3, heart rate does not restart
The Heart Rate is set to ON in settings on the device
No green lights are blinking on the back side or face.
This started on June 13th and I have not been able to resolve it. The device was purchased at Nordstroms in Short Pump VA less than 6 months agov, which has now closed for good.
Please advise. I have this and an Aria 2 and my husband has a Charge 3 for 2 years with no issues.

I am having the same exact problem. My Fitbit stopped tracking my heart rate and there are no green lights. This has made my walking, sleeping and active minutes inaccurate. I tried to contact customer service about the issue. They basically told me to reset it which I’d already done several times. They also offered me a coupon to purchase another device which I declined. I’ve only had mine for a year but used it for about 6 months. The warranty had just expired last month, how convenient. That was very disappointing. You would think they would be able to help more with trouble shooting. Now, a few days later my Fitbit is not tracking my steps accurately. I have seen on other post that many people are having issues with the Charge 3 lately. A tracker that cost this much should not have so many issues and should last when your not beating it up. I’m highly disappointed.
