This may have been discussed before (and apologies if it has), but my Charge 3 isn't registering floors.

I received the Charge 3 as a present on 18th May. It was registering floors up until a couple of days ago (7th June).

Nothing has changed in my vertical activity (still go up and down stairs numerous times a day, just like before).

Any help would be appreciated.

Mine has stopped registering sleep and distance for the past few days although a different sleep report has just come back. Maybe fitbit are having problems at their sharp end.
