A few weeks ago my screen suddenly started to dim and it is now so bad I can only see it in a completely dark room. I have try the hard reboot, changing the clock face, making sure the firmware is up to date and nothing has helped. I’ve had my Change 3 for just about 13 months and have contacted Fitbit multiple time to no avail. This is obviously a defect since I’ve seen many others with the same issue, but they refuse to help and can only suggest I by a new Fitbit. I find this to be truly horrible customer service.
Has anyone with this issue found a way to fix it?

Mine was suddenly dim this morning. I saw others posting the same problem. I looked up the manual for amusement. But I tried going to settings on the Fitbit itself. I found out that I unknowingly changed the light from normal to dim.
