Charge 3 Screen

Hi. My wife has had a charge 3 for about 17 months and the screen has gone blank. Everything else seems to work ok but no display.

I have tried all your suggestions with no success.

 

How can we get this fixed??

Same here - had mine 18 months screen started to fade and eventually went blank ( was still working) now will only sync with phone via Bluetooth when on charger which is no use at all . Tried all suggested fixes! Apparently seem to be an issue with Charge 3 losing screen.
