Hi again, Charge 3 active minutes suddenly gone missing, its showed on the phone already then suddenly it was gone. Even the steps also has gone down also. It’s just frustrating cos the screen hasn’t been working and then now its the active minutes that are malfunctioning.
Please help!🙏

I understand how are you feeling and would like to know if you are manually logging any type of activity that might be taking away this information? How are you register your activities? Is the rest of your information correct?.

Hi Alejandra, so sorry it took so long for my reply. We check through the phone with regards to the steps, active minutes, type of exercise status. We don’t manually add up any exercise or activity. We use strava in linked with fitbit. But aside from that nothing manual. Hope there’s still a solutio for the tracker.😔
