Fitbit Charge 3 only a few months old but clock screen started disappearing slowly from the bottom. Now completely dead and have tried every 'fix' suggested on the community site i.e press left hand button for 8 seconds; press left hand button for 15 seconds; clean the charging terminals; etc etc: Extremely frustrating and not happy with device at all!

I'm on my 3rd Charge 3 in about 15 months. I bought my first in March 2019, and in August 2019 the screen stopped working, yet it would still sync. I got a replacement on warranty that arrived in September, and that worked up until the end of April of this year, when it did the exact same thing again. I was able to get another under warranty, and now THIS replacement, after working fine for 4 weeks, now goes from 100% at 8am, to giving me battery warnings at 8pm, and will be dead by midnight. I've persevered with it for around 10 days, and even let it die completely for 3-4 days and then charged it to full this morning, yet, I have warnings again now. I don't know if I'm just having a really bad run of luck but I'm super unhappy with the devices that I've had 😞
If you contact the customer service team, they have been very helpful so far, and will hopefully replace under warranty for you.
