My Charge 3 has not held a full charge for more than a few hours since the last update to software a few months ago. It doesn't make it through a night while I am sleeping! There have been several other noticeable changes in terms of performance since that update. The screen is dim, has lines across the top, etc. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer support and transparency. It seems like that update was done so users would have issues and have to buy a new Fitbit.

Hi @Gretchen153, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the battery draining and screen issues that your Charge 3 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback.
I'd like you to try some troubleshooting steps in order to fix these issues. Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen works properly.
Regarding the battery draining, please try the tips included in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your tracker.
Finally, monitor the battery and screen behavior and see if the issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

My wife’s Charge 3 just started draining after a few hours, this after fully charging. I’ve tried rebooting and hard rebooting but am getting the same results.
